Who we are
Ojave is an Ayurvedic wellness app made by Rejuvism Inc., a California corporation ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Ojave app collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
We built Ojave to help you understand your body through Ayurveda. We do not sell your personal information, and we never use your health data for advertising.
Information we collect
We collect only what Ojave needs to give you personal guidance.

We never write data into Apple Health, and Ojave works without it if you decline.
How we use your information
- Work out your Ayurvedic constitution and how your balance shifts day to day
- Personalize your daily insight, recipes, advisor answers and grocery list
- Filter out foods that don't fit your diet choices and allergies
- Run your account, subscription and free trial
- Send reminders you turn on
- Fix bugs and improve the app, using usage data and the feedback you send
- Keep Ojave safe and meet our legal duties
Your advisor questions are processed by an AI model to write the reply. We do not let our AI provider use your conversations to train its models.
Apple Health data
Data from Apple Health is used only to give you wellness guidance inside Ojave. We:
- never sell it or share it with advertisers or data brokers
- never use it for advertising or marketing
- never send it to analytics tools
- read only the types listed above, and only after you allow it
You can turn off Ojave's access at any time in the Health app under Sharing, then Apps, then Ojave.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that run Ojave for us, under contracts that limit their use to that job.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy still applies.
Shopping links. Some ingredients link to Amazon. We earn a small commission as an Amazon Associate, at no extra cost to you. Amazon's own privacy policy applies once you leave Ojave.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your information while your account is open. You can delete your account any time in the app under Profile, then Delete account. That permanently erases your account and app data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as purchase records.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in your iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
California residents. Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the rights above, plus the right to know the categories of information we collect and share (listed in this policy). We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we use sensitive information, such as health data, only to provide the app.
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited so each account can reach only its own records. No system is perfectly secure, so we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
Children
Ojave is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you think a child has used Ojave, contact us and we will delete their data.
Not medical advice
Ojave offers wellness education based on Ayurveda. It does not diagnose, treat or replace care from a licensed medical professional.
Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we will tell you in the app before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
